What is TurboStakes?

TurboStakes is a free-to-play social gaming platform. It offers online casino-themed games played with virtual currencies (Gold Coins and Sweepstake Coins) strictly for entertainment purposes. Does making a purchase give me a better chance of winning?

No. The purchase of Gold Coins or any other item will not increase your chances of winning any Game or Promotion. All Participants have equal, random chances to win regardless of whether they make a purchase. The method of obtaining Sweepstake Coins does not affect odds. See Sweeps Rules for more details.

Why is my state not on the permitted list?

TurboStakes is available only in Permitted Jurisdictions within the United States. Certain states are excluded based on legal and regulatory considerations. The current Excluded Jurisdictions list is in T&C and Sweeps Rules. This list may change.

How old do I need to be to register?

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, if higher). See T&C, "Eligibility Requirements"; Sweeps Rules, "Eligibility".

Can I have more than one account?

No. Only one Account per person is permitted. Creating multiple Accounts may result in termination of all Accounts, and any Gold Coins, Sweepstake Coins, or Prizes acquired may be voided. See T&C, "Your Account" (Single Account Policy).

What are Gold Coins?

Gold Coins are the virtual social in-game currency used to play Gold Coin Games. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes, cash, or any form of currency. Gold Coins are freely provided upon registration, daily, and through other means. They may also be purchased in Gold Coin Packages. See Sweepstakes Rules and T&C for more details.

What are Sweepstake Coins?

Sweepstake Coins are free promotional sweepstakes entries used to participate in Promotions. They cannot be purchased. Only Sweepstake Coins won from a Promotion may be redeemed for Prizes. See Sweepstakes Rules for more details.

What is the difference between Gold Coins and Sweepstake Coins?

Gold Coins are for Gold Coin Games only (entertainment, no prizes). Sweepstake Coins are free entries for Promotions, where Prizes may be won. Gold Coins can never be redeemed; only Sweepstake Coins won through Promotions are redeemable. See Sweepstakes Rules and T&C for more details.

Can I convert Gold Coins into Sweepstake Coins?

No. Gold Coins and Sweepstake Coins are separate virtual in-game currencies and cannot be converted. Gold Coins are for Gold Coin Games only; Sweepstake Coins are for Promotions only. See Sweeps Rules for more details.

Can I transfer coins to another player?

No. Neither Gold Coins nor Sweepstake Coins may be transferred, assigned, or shared. Any sale, gifting, or transfer is prohibited and may result in Account termination. See T&C for more details.

How can I get Sweepstake Coins without making a purchase?

Sweepstake Coins may be obtained free of charge through the following methods, all of which carry equal dignity and provide the same odds of winning: (a) a discretionary daily bonus upon logging into the Account; (b) a discretionary 'mystery bonus' upon logging into the Account; (c) as a reward for registering an Account; (d) as a reward for a specified number of consecutive days of play; (e) by inviting others via a personal referral link (subject to a limit on invitations within any 24-hour period); and (f) by mail-in request (AMOE). Availability, amount, frequency, and continuation of any discretionary bonus are determined by the Sponsor. See Sweeps Rules for more details.

What is the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)?

Sweepstake Coins are not available for purchase and can only be obtained via several free, no purchase necessary options provided on the Platform, including the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). The Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) is the mail-in option that allows an Authorized Account Holder to request Sweepstake Coins free of charge, by mail, with no purchase or payment of any kind. To submit an AMOE request, the Authorized Account Holder must first generate a Unique Postal Request Code on the Platform and include it on a handwritten Mail-in Request Card sent in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Sweeps Rules. Participants who use AMOE receive the same entries and identical odds of winning as those who obtain Sweepstake Coins by any other method. All methods of entry carry equal dignity and equal chance. How do I update my account details?

Update via account settings on the Platform or by contacting [email protected]. You are responsible for keeping Account information accurate and current.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Use the password reset feature on the login page. If difficulties persist, contact [email protected]. For security, use the email associated with your Account.

What should I do if I think my account has been compromised?

Contact [email protected] immediately. The Company may suspend your Account pending investigation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. See T&C, "Your Account".

Why has my account been restricted or suspended?

Possible reasons include: violation of T&C, Prohibited Activities, KYC/verification failures, chargeback or dispute notifications, suspected fraud, or access from an Excluded Jurisdiction. See T&C, "Your Account" and "Prohibited Activities."

How do I close my account?

Email [email protected]. You then have 7 days to redeem any eligible Prize balance. After that period, remaining balance is forfeited and your Account is closed. See T&C, "Your Account".

Can I reopen a closed account?

If closed at your request, contact [email protected] to inquire. If terminated for T&C violations, re-registration is prohibited. See T&C, "Your Account".

What happens to my coins and prizes if I close my account?

Gold Coins are forfeited (no monetary value). You have 7 days from your closure request to redeem eligible Sweepstake Coins. After that, any remaining balance is forfeited. See T&C, "Your Account"; Sweeps Rules, "Sweepstake Coin Conditions."

Why do I need to verify my identity?

KYC ensures Participants meet eligibility requirements and comply with applicable laws. It also prevents fraud and protects Platform integrity. See T&C, "Eligibility Requirements"; Sweeps Rules, "Eligibility".

What happens if I don't complete verification?

Your Account may be restricted and Prize redemptions withheld or denied. The ability to redeem may be forfeited if you cannot be contacted or fail to comply within the required period. See T&C and Sweeps Rules for more details.

How do I redeem Sweepstake Coins for prizes?

Navigate to the redemption section on the Platform and submit a request. Only Sweepstake Coins won from participating in a Promotion are eligible. You must have completed KYC verification for redemption. See Sweeps Rules, "Prize Redemption".

What are Playthrough Requirements?

Sweepstake Coins may need to be played a specified number of times before becoming eligible for Prize redemption. The Sponsor may impose, modify, or waive these requirements. Details are on the Platform. Sweeps Rules for more details.

Why was my redemption request declined?

Are there any special limits for Florida residents?

Yes. In Florida, the maximum Prize value per Promotion is less than $5,000 USD. Daily redemption limits and monthly limits may also apply. See Sweeps Rules for more details.

What about taxes on prizes?

All taxes, duties, and fees from Prize redemption are the sole responsibility of the Participant. You must determine, report, and pay all applicable taxes.

Is TurboStakes real money gambling?

No. TurboStakes is a free-to-play social gaming platform for entertainment only. No purchase is required. Gold Coins have no real-world value. Sweepstake Coins are free promotional entries, not purchased stakes.
